ISLAMABAD – Another Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi on Thursday refused to hear the murder case of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq.
The ATC’s special court judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi said that he cannot hear the case anymore.
He further transferred the case to Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court.
